Our team were competing at the weekend in the Aquila Open Spring Edition Poomsae competition at their usual venue London University Sports Dock.
Three taking part from Way Taekwondo in the K1 categories, K1 cadet Silver medal 
just pipped from a gold medal place and a first time participant achieving a very respectable result also K1 cadets. K1 1st senior taking Gold medal 
place.
A well organised event and always great to catch up with friends and colleagues on the competition circuit.
Huge thanks to the parents for taking time out to support and encourage the students in their journey, win or not there are gains to be had from taking part and improving their skills and standards.Well done all
