Training Seminar ( Poomsae & Combat Sport )

Dear Members,

For your information, Way Taekwondo & Fighting Spirit Taekwondo – are organising a Training Seminar for our students,
to encourage them towards competition level Poomsae and Combat Sport. The event duration will be 4 hours.
Do not miss this opportunity.

Please note that this event will consist of two sessions.
In the first session, participants will receive detailed instruction and Training in Poomsae & Combat Sport.
Following this, in the second session, students will engage in more practical exercises simulating a competition setting.
Medals will be awarded to winners at the conclusion of the event.

Venue: The Stour Centre, Station Approach, Ashford TN23 1ET
