2025: A Year of Excellence at Fighting Spirit Taekwondo

As 2025 draws to a close, I find myself reflecting on what has been a truly remarkable year for Fighting Spirit Taekwondo. Our growth as a club has been nothing short of inspiring, and it is a testament to the dedication you all bring to the Dojang.

Excellence in Grading & Competition This year, we maintained a 100% pass rate across all gradings—a phenomenal achievement. I am particularly proud to announce that four of our students are now within reach of their Dan (Black Belt) grades, marking the next chapter in their martial arts journey. On the mat, our Poomsae and Kyorugi athletes have shown incredible technical improvement, with the vast majority of our competitors returning home as medal winners.

Growth & Modernization Our community continues to expand. Our newest Junior students are already showing great promise, and I have no doubt they are our future champions. To support this growth, we successfully added a new training venue to our weekly schedule, providing more opportunities for everyone to sharpen their skills.

We are also embracing the future; we’ve introduced new digital elements to our website, including streamlined grading and attendance records, ensuring we stay ahead in an ever-changing digital world.

A Final Word As Lead Instructor, I am immensely proud of the commitment and achievements demonstrated by every one of you. You have set the bar high, and I look forward to 2026 with even higher expectations.

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! I look forward to seeing you all back on the mats in 2026.
