Harrogate KTA 7th Mayors Cup,
19th March 2023 Poomsae competition.
In attendance was Grand Master Ik Pil Kang from Korea. professor of WT Poomsae. Huge respect for GM Kang.
Sadly I missed his 2 day seminar due to work commitments.
A day of competing and the pleasure of meeting up with friends & fellow competitors.
2nd place Silver medal in the U70 category so a good result for Fighting Spirit.
