This was a great weekend at Harrogate KTA 6th Mayor Cup Open Poomsae Championships, an excellently run competition.
Finally we were back to competing on mats face to face and meeting up with friends and competitors from around the UK.
A fantastic result for Fighting Spirit Taekwondo with a 1st place Gold medal in the U65 individual male division.
Next we are taking on the world representing GB poomsae in the 2022 Muju online poomsae challenge 1.
